Meritage Customer Service staff are available during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8:30 am -5:00 pm.  All messages left after 5:00 pm, will be returned the next business day.

To communicate with your doctor directly, please call his/her office via telephone.

  • Access to UM Staff for general questions and authorization issues.
  • Questions or issues regarding Meritage Medical Network’s authorization process, or how to obtain the policies, procedures, and criteria used to authorize, deny, or modify healthcare services.
